Together, we clarify mission, intentions, and visions of the organization to ensure each member is on the same page. We take an honest inventory of what has and has not worked in the past, and discover new ways of thinking and being to best serve organizational goals.

Together, we discover how to best individually support members and the team as a whole. We take into account strengths, areas to grow in, and unmet needs. I offer one on one coaching with members, team building workshops, and any other Embodied Presence Coaching services specifically tailored to your needs.
