Just as our physical bodies have joints and blood, our energetic bodies also have pathways and connection points. Many times we can have trapped or stagnant energy within our energetic centers (or some call them chakras), and affect the flow throughout our system. This phenomenon, in turn, can create physical symptoms, influence thought patterns, and direct emotions. Reiki is a way of giving some love and awareness to the energetic body so that energy may flow freely.
